Our Mission and Values

My name is Ileya Romachko, and my journey in the air conditioning industry began in 2003 as a 20-year-old apprentice on a Meriton construction site. Working under my uncle at IFS Air Conditioning, I gained invaluable experience and expertise. Over the years, I worked on various projects, from small residential systems to large commercial installations, learning and adapting to new technologies.

In 2017, I founded Expert Refrigeration Services Pty Ltd, where I became a licensed and certified training consultant, providing operational health and safety certification to professional air conditioning companies and training our industry's next generation of talented air conditioning installers.

Rapid Aircon Services was born out of my passion for working closely with clients to provide them with the best energy-efficient air conditioning and climate control solutions available. It started as a small operation but quickly grew as former colleagues from IFS joined me. Our focus shifted to residential air conditioning, finding it more rewarding and dynamic than large-scale construction projects. We also participated in aged care refurbishments, further broadening our expertise.

Safety is a core passion of mine, and I hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, allowing me to teach safe work practices. However, my heart remains with air conditioning installation, and I am proud to lead a team that combines vast experience with a commitment to safety and excellence.
